Returns/Refunds on Universal seat covers may be made provided you pay all the
shipping charges and the covers are resellable and not damaged, worn or soiled in any way.  You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. 

Custom or Semi-custom seat covers items may only be returned under our warranty policy for replacement and not for any refund. Since Semi and full Custom seat covers are hand crafted to fit seats of a specific model vehicle, no refunds, of any type, will be accepted on Custom or Semi-custom seat covers. We simply cannot resale them. They are made specially for your vehicle.
